Music Ministries

The music program at Olmsted Community Church is a very active and vital area in our church’s life.  We use music in many different forms to teach Biblical truth and to enhance personal and corporate worship.  Our music program also provides opportunities for Christian fellowship.

Our church is blessed to have a 47-rank Casavant Freres pipe organ, considered one of the region’s best instruments.  The sanctuary also has a grand piano, and the chapel has a Steinway upright piano.

The music program consists of:

  • vocal choirs in which children, youth and adults may participate, from September to June
  • singing for children in Sunday School
  • handbells and instrumentalists that offer music and accompaniment to hymns and anthems
  • guest musicians who provide music for special occasions.

Please join us!  Previous musical experience is not a requirement for choir participation.  Contact the church office for more information, or speak to choir director Sandy Ferington or Organist Diane Cieslak.

  • Saturday Worship, 5:00 PM

A brief and informal service in our Chapel, located on the lower level. Enter through the parking lot entry doors.
  • Sunday Worship, 10:00 AM

Meets in the Sanctuary. Childcare is available, and Sunday School for children (through 7th grade) meets during the worship hour.
  • Our Pastor

Reverend Ron Dauphin has been our pastor and teacher since June, 2007. Reverend Ron preaches in a way that helps us relate the Scriptures to everyday life. We know you'll enjoy meeting him!
